Labor Law

The lawyers at Green & Green have vast experience in the labor arena. Our experience includes arbitrations, fact-finding, civil service hearings, drafting charges and specifications and labor negotiations. The State Employment Relations Board (“SERB”), the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (“OCRC”) are agencies that we work with on a routine basis. Our experience allows us to prepare the case from the beginning, including drafting the charges for policy violations, or defending the employer at an arbitration or resolving the matter at mediation in efforts to resolve a matter pre-litigation or as part of the alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) process.
