David M. Deutsch

David is a member of the Green & Green Lawyers law firm. He earned his B.S. degree from the Ohio State University in 1965 and his JD degree from Sanford University in 1969. At that time, he was licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. David restricts his practice to personal injury and to insurance litigation. Although, his practice in these areas of law is quite varied, he has particular emphasis in cases involving nursing home negligence, professional malpractice, products liability, severely injured plaintiffs, and wrongful death. David is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and was a governing trustee from 1984-1990. He was a founder and the first president of the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association.

David is a lifelong resident of the City of Dayton. He was born July 28, 1943 to Jacob and Mary Deutsch. Jacob Deutsch was an attorney in practice in the City of Dayton for over 50 years.

While residing in Dayton, David has been involved in community activities and Bar Associations. He has been a member of the Head Injury Re-entry Program Advisory Board of Miami Valley Hospital since 1991. He was chairman of the Community Relations Counsel of the Jewish Federation from 1982-1987. He was a member of the Supreme Court of Ohio Continuing Legal Education Committee from 1994-1999. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Dayton Jewish Federation from 1982-1987. He was president of the Governmental Affairs Committee of Ohio Jewish Communities from 1986-1988. He was a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of Temple Israel from 1989-1991.
