Adam R. Webber

Adam has experience in litigation involving commercial and business
litigation, appellate
advocacy, general civil litigation, labor & employment law, and
workers’ compensation. He
has argued before the Ohio Court of Appeals and
has been very successful in drafting
winning pre-trial motions.
Adam is a cum laude graduate of the University
of Pittsburgh, which he attended on a
debate scholarship. He was trained in law at
the Ohio State University Moritz College of
Law. While at Ohio State, Adam was the school’s champion in
the National Mediation
Competition and Negotiation Competition, and
he co-founded and served as the Executive
Editor of the Entrepreneurial Business Law Journal.
Adam is a member of the American, Ohio State,
and Dayton Bar Associations, and he is
a member of William McKinley Lodge #431, F&AM. As a former high
school and
collegiate debater, Adam remains active in the
community by serving as a volunteer debate
judge. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio,
as well as before the U.S. District Court for
the Northern District of Ohio. |
