Erin Moore will be serving as an adjunct professor once again at the University of Dayton College of Law. She will be teaching a Trial Practice class with former Green & Green shareholder, Stephen Brandt as her co-professor for the class. Erin taught Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution last semester and has taught Trial Practice with Steve twice before.
Tom Green recently enjoyed a successful resolution to a multimillion dollar fiduciary duty and breach of contract matter between a utility company and three of its former directors. The company asserted claims and the directors pursued counter claims. All matters were settled after two weeks of what was expected to be a six week trial.
Jane Lynch has been elected to a second term as President of the Wergerzyn Garden Foundation. With her guidance, the Foundation raised several million dollars for the installation of the fabulous Children's Garden at Wegerzyn Metropark in Dayton. Outside of practicing law, gardening is one of Jane's many passions and she is quite gratified to be able to contribute her leadership to this worthy venture.
With some considerable sadness, but also with all best wishes, Green & Green bids Stacy Wall good luck as she undertakes a new challenge as the first full-time Law Director for the City of Piqua, Ohio. We know she will do a great job there, as she did with Green & Green. |
