Green & Green, Lawyers is pleased to announce that Jonathan F. Hung is now a shareholder of the firm. Jon joined the firm in 2010. His practice focuses on real property and civil litigation, which includes: land use and zoning; foreclosure prosecution and defense; dealing with local government; home construction contracts; premises liability; landlord/tenant law; creditor’s rights; real property taxes; and receiverships. Jon has long served Green & Green, Lawyers and its clients with professionalism and skill. He is also active in the legal community. He is a member of the Ohio State, Dayton, and Greene County Bar Associations, and participates in the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project. In the past, he served as Chair of the Dayton Bar Association’s Real Property Committee, and President of the Miami Valley Land Title Association. He is currently a member of the City of Beavercreek Board of Zoning Appeals, of which he has served as Chairman.
